The pizzas are its main attraction; the
sourdough base
ferments for 48-hours and
is made from a blend of the finest quality
Italian stone-ground flour,
topped with a
San Marzano tomato sauce, mozzarella fior
di latte from the Campania region
in
Southern Italy and a variety of innovative
toppings.
Refreshing homemade gelatos, all displayed in a gelato cart, which welcomes you at the entrance.
